Lightbook e-Reader Device Interface

No relation to the OLPC initiative, this e-book project came from a Silicon Valley startup who needed UI expertise to design their e-reader and annotation software interfaces, as well as a library manager with a web-enabled desktop component.

Cellnetix Medical Lab Services Web Redesign

Customer research, content strategy & site redesign for a state-of-the-art medical lab service. Modeled a content strategy addressing patient fears and concerns around healthcare decisions, and raising awareness and trust in the Cellnetix brand. Provided client with site architecture, content strategy and editorial tone examples.

Leapfrog Toys E-Commerce Strategic Website Audit

Performed an expert audit to analyze the toy and content purchase experience, from in-store POS to activation and content downloads. The report gave the client a roadmap to address customer concerns, and enabled our development team to address six key usability problems in just two weeks, ensuring a successful Christmas release.

Microsoft GMO Campaign Management Intranet

Microsoft wanted a centralized solution to track marketing campaigns worldwide. We converted existing Sharepoint / InfoPath pages to a Web 2.0 portal, expanding and optimizing workflows to encourage global adoption. Working closely with the GMO team SME's, we built wireframes for all primary personas and flows.
